Overview of LDX-XXXX-445: 445nm Multimode Laser Diode
This 445nm diode laser produces up to 3500mW from a 30um emitter in the free space packages or up to 2800mW from the fiber in the fiber coupled packages. It has a low threshold current and high slope efficiency, which results in a low operating current that enhances reliability.
