Description
JenLas Fiber ns 25-105: 105W Nanosecond Fiber Laser
The JenLas® fiber ns product family is available in 20, 30, 55, and 100W power configurations, based on reliable, industry-tested fiber laser technology. These lasers are air-cooled, offer pulse duration settings ranging from 50 to 200 nanoseconds, and reach peak pulse powers of up to 8kW. Designed specifically to meet the requirements of OEM integrators, the air-cooled JenLas® fiber ns is also utilized by a variety of researchers and applications specialists as a stand-alone laser source. Powered via a 24V power source, the JenLas® fiber ns can be controlled via software, a hard-wired connection, or a mixture of both, depending on your integration needs. The lasers’ immunity to back reflections has been significantly improved through the addition of standard, built-in optical isolators. We can also provide directly adaptable collimator modules for different beam diameters, a wide range of accessories for optical beam guidance systems in the form of variable beam expanders, F-theta lenses, telecentric lenses, as well as entire optical subsystems for integration into machinery. We offer certified add-on modules that allow laser sources to be turned off safely in accordance with industry standards. Plus, we can assist you with integrating laser sources into your laser processing plant; we also undertake feasibility studies in our laser application lab.
The JenLas® fiber ns 25-105 laser product family opens up a wealth of possibilities for laser material processing applications such as labeling, marking, thin film removal, cutting, as well as surface structuring a variety of metals and plastic materials.
